Terms & Conditions

1. General
By booking or purchasing any service, class, or consultation, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Payments

Payment is due at the time of booking for workshops and Materials Makeover.
Coaching/Consultations payments are due at the completion of coaching. Charge is per minute starting at the time of coaching and clock stops when coaching ends. Actors will not be charged for any casual conversation before or after.
All prices are listed in USD and can be made by zelle joannadelane@gmail.com

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Consultations: Must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit.
Workshops/Bootcamps: Due to limited spots, all sales are final. If you cannot attend, you may receive a credit for the next workshop or transfer your spot to another participant by notifying us in writing at least 48 hours prior to the event.
No rescheduling and then canceling allowed just to receive a refund.
No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Materials Makeover

Must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund or credit.
If paid by credit card, only coaching/consultation credit will be available. Digital cash payments can be refunded.

No refunds are provided once work has begun.

5. Liability

By participating in any class, consultation, or workshop, you agree that the instructor is not liable for outcomes related to career advancement, bookings, or representation. Results are not guaranteed.
The instructor is not responsible for lost or damaged items including physical and digital items.

6. Recording & Privacy

Sessions may not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
Any personal information shared is kept confidential and will not be sold or shared with third parties.
